In case of a negative travel warning (code red):

  • In the case of negative travel advice (red code) from Zeeland, determined by the Netherlands or the country of origin;
  • In the case of an obligation to quarantine on arrival and / or return trip in combination with a negative travel advice;
  • Travel advice can change regularly. For this reason, the evaluation of the cancellation is made 2 days before the start of your vacation on the recommendation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In case of a negative travel warning (code orange):

  • In the case of negative travel advice (red orange) from Zeeland, determined by the Netherlands or the country of origin;
  • You can change your booking once till maximum 12 months after originally checkin date free of charge
